With over 15 years of experience in team management and more than a decade dedicated to ministry within the creative arts, Scott Partridge brings exceptional expertise to his role. Having served as a Worship Lead, Media Director, and Production Director, Scott has effectively led teams of over 50 volunteers and staff members. Since joining Kingdom One in June 2024 as a Creative Manager, he has been pivotal in overseeing the Marcomm team, building client relationships, and managing a talented group of designers, web developers, and production technicians. Scott’s greatest strength lies in his exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships with his team and guide them toward achieving their most fulfilling roles. His talent for nurturing individual growth and aligning personal aspirations with organizational goals ensures that each team member thrives and contributes their best, driving both creativity and strategic growth at Kingdom One.
