Kendra Holybee is the Chief Operating Officer and her role is to lead and shepherd the efforts and energy of the staff at Kingdom One. Kendra’s background includes 19 years in Human Resources in industries including Ministry, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Restaurant. Kendra currently holds her credential for Senior Professional in Human Resources. In her last ministry role, Kendra was leading the HR team for 5 years as an integral part of growing a local mega-church from 2 to 9 campuses. Kendra has also worked as an HR Consultant focused on advising and coaching small businesses in their business operations, people strategies and leadership development. Kendra has a niche for creating engaged employee cultures. A coach at heart, she loves to see people and ministries grow and loves celebrating those small and large wins with them. Kendra is really excited to be able to partner with ministries and help them serve the community and staff with creativity and excellence.
